PHASE 1: Pre-Production.
PHASE 1: PRE-PRODUCTION
After your project has been confirmed and you have paid your deposit we will begin the pre-production phase of your project. This includes planning all elements that need to be planned. The following steps are taken in the pre-production phase:
The date & time for your shoot is booked in
A google drive folder is created for you to share your brand assets or images with us, including fonts, logos and guidelines
A pre-production planner is shared with you to fill out to gather necessary information on how you envision the content to turn out (the pace of the edit, music choice, overall aesthetic of the content)
We then create a run-sheet and key shot list based on the information you have given us
It’s really important that we nail pre-production prior to the shoot - not being organised with this can lead to miscommunication or misinterpretation of the project and may cause us to have to re-book in for a day of production which is definitely not ideal.
